are a joint owner. If an account on which you are a joint owner
doesn't show up on the "transfer" screen, please call
us and we will correct this.

You can call us or visit any branch. You may also fill out a password
request online at our website.
Do I need to install any special home banking software?
No, all you need is a PC and an internet service provider. If you
currently have internet access you will be able to access your accounts
